Urban Gospel Artiste Em-Kay (known in real life as Desire Mawutor Klutsey) has released his debut project titled “Maroon EP”. The rapper and singer who also is a producer produced the album himself. The 8-track EP features fellow rapper Joe Kay and singer Mherie Mel. The title “Maroon” which is a well-known colour represents warmth, beauty and courage and the whole tape stresses on the fact that all youth should focus on the positive aspects of their lives as they grow in wisdom and in truth in the Lord Jesus.

 

The Tape was recorded in January 2019 at Knights Studios at Haatso – Accra. The project was mixed and mastered by Joe Kay at Knights Studios
