Christians shouldn't accept help from ungodly individuals #shutupjay @jaysmoke

I've seen it countless times from record labels to event sponsorships. Christians joining ungodly individuals/companies to embark on a joint project. The idea usually is that these Christians will get an opportunity on that platform to spread kingdom agenda, but the truth is, often times, it's usually the opposite that happens.

If an alcoholic company is organizing a program and invites a Christian to minister, do you reaaaaaally think it's about sharing the Gospel with those that are watching or listening?? Truth is, these organizers already have their ultimate agenda and they only brought the Christian onboard so that they can reach their fanbase with their own agenda. At the end of the day, after you've done your 15 min of fame, they will now promote their cause, be it a product, service, artists, etc to your fans. This wouldn't have happened if you didn't accept that invitation in the first place.

It's paramount that we, Christians, understand the devices of the enemy. If not, we will be used and not even know that we are being used. As a Shepherd, your fans are your sheep and you have a responsibility to protect them from the wolves in sheep clothes. Let's not be overly self-centered and ignore the fact that there are boys/girls out there watching and learning from us.

Shalom 🙏🏾
